Thank you for repairing my vehicle so thoroughly and competently! It seemed so minor but it isn’t, you repaired it from the inside out and made the new auto body repairs blend with the existing auto body parts. And you did it efficiently, in a short amount of time. I’m grateful to have your team work on my vehicle and to have it back again.

When I returned my rental car to them, per their advice, it was still there a week later. When Enterprise called, they told them they didn't have it. I stopped in because past performance didn't inspire confidence, and there was my rental, 4 cars from their front door. The receptionist said they didn't have the keys but Hossan and I found them on the front seat the doors unlocked. Hossan and I both notified Enterprise.

My car sat in their parking lot for about 3 weeks before they did an estimate. Anna said she tried to contact me but didn't have the correct phone #. I found a text asking me to accept texts from them. When I showed her the text, she denied it.
