Appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of Aubrey and Hossein. Very responsive to questions. Excellent customer service. The repair looks really good and it was done earlier than unexpected. My only comment would be that. I hope you will fix the problems with your Internet or whatever caused you to be unable to process the payment without delay.

We just picked up the car this afternoon. I think the repairs were completed well. The car was washed on the outside but the inside was so dirty on the board of the car. This is a new car, 4,000 miles and we had it professionally cleaned prior to bring it for repairs. This was such an unpleasant surprise. The team was nice and the texts kept us in the loop with the repairs. Again, an unexpected negative surprise.
