Took way too long. It wasn’t a major repair. I know you had trouble getting parts, which wasn’t your fault. I wish I had been told before I came to pick it up that you had been jump starting it every day since you got it. I could have brought a battery. Just prolonged getting my car back in working order. It was with you from Sept 18 till Oct 10. Just curious if anyone put it on a charger while it sat there waiting for parts. My car had a horrible smell driving it home. I hope it’s nothing serious. Unfortunately we won’t be able to get a battery till tomorrow. Would the smell be from the new muffler or is it from the battery. Could there be a wire that is causing the smell. Just asking. No one mentioned it had a smell, when we picked it up. We are senior citizens and my husband is legally blind. It leaves a lot of this up to me to handle. Anna was super sweet and answered my questions when I called her. Thanks Anna. The work seems to be good.

I found it odd that they would order parts before removing the covers and the bumper to make sure they had everything they were going to need. I feel like it delayed the repair. It sounds like maybe that is part of the process but they did the initial inspection, ordered parts, removed the cover and then discovered there was more damage underneath. Then they had to send more Information to the insurance, wait for another approval and then they had to order more parts. But apart from that, the staff is super friendly and informative! When I dropped the car off they were attentive, quick, and thorough. All through the process, the communication was great as well! The repair looks great! It looks brand new! And the paint job looks awesome too! While I was not happy with the wait time, everything else was great. Thank you so much!
