When I was leaving the shop I heard a horrible noise so I pulled over and looked around and noticed that the lug nuts weren’t tight which was causing the noise I’m lucky the wheels didn’t fall off….they did a great job on the repairs and the receptionist was great and the service advisor was great but I gave them a 6 since they didn’t tighten the lug nuts it could’ve caused a bad accident

Caliber collision in Reno gave me a quote two months ago. The body work was done today, they were able to get a damage out that was not even a part of the original quote and my car looks brand new. All of the people and on time. I highly recommend them.

The team at Caliber were professional and friendly in all our interactions.
