I had two repairs going on one for an accident that was covered by insurance. The other was for windshield repair. Based on the initial quote by Lew I opted not to have the windshield replaced through insurance. The cost of the windshield replacement was much more than quoted. While some of the price was brought down I still paid a substantial difference. I could have forced the issue as Nevada law would have supported the original amount. That is not how I operate and I absorbed the difference. While I do appreciate that there were costs that were waived it still rankles me. Any way you asked for my survey opinion.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. The car turned out great. I thought something was a little odd when I got the original quote. When I told her I was paying out of pocket, she said that your company asks people how much more they would allow in case something was found that wasn't on the original bid?! It was almost like choosing the amount I wanted to pay. I thought that was a little odd 🤔
