My name is Thanna (the wife ) I am writing to share my exceptional experience with the Caliber Collision team in Reno. Following an unexpected freeway accident where the sunroof on my brand-new BMW shattered, I had the vehicle towed to your shop right before a high-volume holiday weekend. From the moment I arrived, Ana at the reception desk was absolute gold. She completely took the stress off my shoulders by immediately calling the rental car company for me so I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, another amazing lady on the team took me out to go through the work with me and personally check on the repair. She was absolutely wonderful, thorough, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. The repair itself was flawless. The team did an amazing job meticulously cleaning the interior to ensure absolutely no shattered glass was left behind, and the brand-new sunroof was restored perfectly. It looks as good as new! It is rare to need a body shop, but it is incredibly comforting to know that Caliber Collision Reno is a team I can truly trust and count on. Please pass along my sincere thanks and recognition to Ana, the lady who walked me through the inspection, and the repair technicians for their outstanding customer service and craftsmanship!

It took 5 weeks for cosmetic repairs and there is still a piece that has not been completed yet. Communication was also poor.
