First I want to thank front desk Leticha her nice and polite attitude and greeting and they had everything ready from paperwork and from insurance and they made us feel comfortable and I didn’t even had to ask and she said I’ll call for a ride from your rental company then Jason Jimenez came out explain everything they were going to do to my car detailing every single thing in words and pointing everything in the car he gave me so much information and confidence over all which for me that is important because I was leaving him my car ( my baby) answered all my concerns and questions I had and he made sure I understood everything but what I loved that I didn’t have to worry about calling to know the update with my car he kept texting me with all the updates and steps by steps in the work of my car till the end until he gave me the keys and the day he said it will be ready it was and not only that when I went to pick up the car he greeted us and showed and answered all the questions of the finished job in the car. Would I come back? Yes with no hesitation . But I rather visit 🤣 if you know what I mean no car accident would I recommend it? Yes I wouldn’t think it twice. We had fast service friendly representative Jason the service was very nice and quick they took care of us they supplied a rental car and took us to the rental place and pick and picked it up and dropped it off for us I would use them again and again this is like the third time that we needed to have our car repaired and all three times we've had excellent service I would recommend caliber collision to anybody and everybody thank you again for the great service
