My car broke down shortly after receiving my car. It left me stranded on the side of the road. The mechanics didn't do a thorough inspection of the damage on my car. The repair work on my car was not done very well. My new bumper, rims, and rocker panel were damaged. The passenger door paint wasn't done correctly. The detailing job was terrible, there was white residue all over the place. Rrepair time was greatly prolonged.

The manager was supposed to call me to notify me whether my car would be ready over the weekend. He never got back to me, I spend my whole weekend waiting on his phone call. Bad communication.

First off, I would like to thank everyone that took part in helping with such a difficult and sensitive time for me. From the amazing call back timing to the great vehicle restoration crew. Just fantastic work. I have never gone through such an experience before (me being in a car accident). But Caliber Collision gave one of the most professionally exceptional customer service treatment possible. They really made me feel they cared about my satisfaction, which only gave me assurance that everything was going to be fine. I did not expect such great treatment and result of restoration.
