Y’all fired two estimators while you had my car and no one called me to update what was going on. It sat there for at least 10 days with no work being done. Found a grab handle in my back seat that was never reattached. The list goes on. Finding a new body shop.

I had two estimators leave Caliber while yal had my car and no one called to tell me what was going on. Needed windshield replacement and repair two small dents. Took nearly 6 weeks bc of mismanagement. Finding a new shop.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous. The actual bill and the original estimate were exactly the same. Car was finished way ahead of the estimated date. This is the second time I’ve used these folks and they have done a great job both times. I would highly recommend them.

I would have loved for the sensor to be fixed but other than that. It was a good job. Also if I am the customer, I shouldn't be the one to keep calling the insurance about the deductible after telling the representative many times before but I still want to thank you for repairing my car.
