Repairs are excellent. Paint looks great truck doesn’t pull l or r under acceleration and braking I’m really happy with the job. I have two small issues, Passenger side window has some wind noise or whistle at speed and front trim around wheel well is not right Would have been a nice touch cleaning the front interior

The repair took over 2 months! Couldn’t believe how long it took. Communication of delays and problems was not good. Unless I called and hounded your people I didn’t get updates or new information In the end you payed the rental car overage and the truck looks looks so 7

Caliber has not settled the car hire charges they are responsible for and now I will have to fight for my money back with my credit card company. After multiple attempts and complaints and promises, they still have not settled.

I think the repairs was great however communication between the staff and me were not great. Some day would tell me all the parts are here and somedays they tell me they are waiting for a part. The lack of honesty was very frustrating and the miscommunication of the end date made the process even worse
