Quarter panel doesn't sit flush. Paint missing at connection point that is visible. Window not tinted when was a dark tinted window.

There was no communication at first and I called after over a week of no information to request text updates. At pick up, the customer service rep was off and I was not taken to the car to review or just find it. Was asked to sign and pay and told "I don't know where they parked it." by the lady from the side office.

Excellent and friendly staff. The repairs looks like a new car! Parking situation is dicey; however, they do the best they can. And you get free popcorn amongst other snacks. Definitely five (5) rating!
