When I dropped my car off it was as though nobody knew what was going on. The gal in the front even gave the employee helping me the wrong information. When he went to have me signed everything that is when I noticed none of the information was for me or our vehicle. I was told they would call me with an estimate within the day and I never got any call. When they told me the car would be ready it was not. when I picked up my vehicle the gal at the front desk took 10 minutes to run my credit card, and this was after trying to charge me $50 more than my deductible.
