Onsite staff was amazing, this is in no way a reflection of them. It took two months for insurance to be able to successfully schedule with Caliber's system. Multiple times they sent my information over only for Baliber to have no record of it. Several phone calls with Caliber after successfully scheduling it that then claimed my vehicle wasnt scheduled. Then after dropping my car off for the scheduled repair that I confirmed multiple times, I proceeded to get a phone call every day for almost a week asking if I would like to schedule my drop off. Something in the backend is severely broken and that was a miserable experience that almost made me move away from Caliber permanently which is a shame because the actual work is always fantastic, but it makes me increasingly hesitant to ever work with Caliber again if this continues to be an issue

Lisa and Randy are the absolute best, yes love the repair, but the customers service and making you feel not like just another number is so important. They make you feel like there really are good people in this world
