Dropped off the car on 7/20, parts were in on 7/24. I was told it would be ready around 7/31. After calls and an in person visit to the shop I finally got my car back on 8/13, reason being they were short of technicians. If I had been told that in advance I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere.

Repairs are outstanding. Office a bit unorganized maybe a bad day on pick up. Everyone was nice but they seemed frazzled. Summertime, vacations and lotsa wrecked cars right now due to storms and such may have had something to do with it. I would however recommend this business

I’m quite grateful that Caliber Collision was able to make my car look like new again after a minor car accident. The repairs were completed a couple weeks ago. I haven’t experienced any issues with the workmanship.
