The repair work seems to be ok, but there is some noise coming from the rear. It could be the tire that was put on.

It took almost 2 months to repair my car. They stopped calling me to communicate after 30 days. I had to call them. One time the Manager laughed about getting my car done by the end of the week. That was after 6 weeks.

The customer service was impeccable! I was grateful for the twice a week phone calls and weekly e-mail updates. When I came to pick up, I received a detailed explanation of the service work and my warranty (which was comforting based upon the volume and magnitude of the work on our brand news 2016 Explorer).
