Great customer service. Everyone was nice and helpful. Great communication through the whole process. My only complaint is that I still have an ford escape and not a bmw. But I feel that is outside the realm of your abilities and I appreciate that! At least the escape is much cleaner then when I left it with you. And whole again! So thank you very much for a job well done. Bonus: Ashley being a pats fan too!

Lady at the front desk was wonderful. Tom not so much. Wrong camera was installed on my truck and broken molding was put back on my truck. So Tom said he will send someone to my house to repair it on Monday . This was a Wednesday he said he would call me on the following Monday. Never heard from him. We waited on him and waited. Nothing so we left to go out of town. Later in the week I had to call him and he then discover I lived where I did and rudely said I'm not sending nobody that far are you crazy. Rude. Then he came up with the bright idea to show up at my house at 11pm
