Interacting with the manager so much was a great experience. It seems like there is a great team there. I didn't realize that the interior would be detailed! That was a plus! I think there are some kinks to work out with the automated communication system- eg, I received an email stating that my car was done, but in fact, it wasn't. The manager explained the situation to me and I was satisfied with his apology and explanation, but obviously some folks wouldn't be reasonable about that... All in all, the work we had done at Caliber Collision was the best experience I've had with a collision center!

Ashley and Jona (sp.) were especially helpful. I appreciated that Ashley took time out of her day to give me updates about the repair to my vehicle, as well as making sure that the correct paperwork was received from my insurance company. Jona answered all of my questions and was the first person that I spoke with in arranging my vehicle to be repaired. Even with the snowstorm, staff that I personally worked with and those who fixed my vehicle went above and beyond. What was initially a stressful situation turned out to not be so bad. Thank you, Caliber!
