My biggest concern was the inability to get parts in a timely manner, which was out of their control. The service and updates were excellent. I never had to initiate a call to find out what was going on with the car.

The staff at this Caliber Collision was amazing and very attentive. Specifically, Lisa Holley was very communicative and detailed with her reports and went the extra mile to ensure every was going smoothly and accurately. I could tell she knew what she was doing and was very informative. Her customer service skills were excellent and did not make me feel like just another customer. She made sure my car came out in perfect condition and even sent back my car to be cleaned again after noticing some discoloration on my bumper. My experience was super positive!
