Lisa was awesome to work with. I got updates regularly, even if it was just to tell me things are moving along and she’ll update me with specifics in another day or something like that. Caliber as a whole got my repairs done a day earlier than they originally told me too!

The manager Ed was very kind and professional but unfortunately there’s been some fall short. I’m extremely disappointed that my vehicle was not returned to me without issues. A piece on my door fell off. There’s a dent and scratch that was in fact not there. Something is on my car as well not sure what it is but this is a new car. I trust Caliber Collision too handle with care as if it was theirs. Very disappointing stuff especially when the customer service was prestige. I will be returning to settle these issues.

This was a long process. Once my truck went in the shop I knew it would be a couple of weeks maybe, but the gentleman I was working with George kept in contact with with me on any changes. Which as great and I appreciated greatly. It was some hiccups with getting the parts like we expected and also George retired in that time. But the other gentleman Randy & Ed picked up once the ball was dropped. They were able to get the part I needed for my truck and get me back into my baby after a whole month lol! I truly appreciate those gentleman and their dedication!
