Overall I'm satisfied with the work Marcus provided a wonderful customer service and kept me abreast of all the changes and timelines. There are minor discrepancies that I'm sure will be rectified but this is to be expected. It is not a complaint, simply an observation.

I’ve definitely been telling everybody about my experience with caliber and I highly recommend the communication was impeccable. The work was great. Everyone is so friendly and happy when you go in. everyone is genuinely wanting to help and make your experience the best experience possible which I think is amazing.

They worked very quickly on repairing my car. I liked that I received updates as they were happening. James was very nice and had a great customer service. Hopefully I’ll never have to repair my car again in the future, but if I do, I definitely will be returning back to caliber. Everything was very thorough and even though I later, discovered that there was an issue I didn’t really like with the placement of my exhaust pipes. James was quick to try to resolve the issue and when they couldn’t do it in the shop, he referred me and contacted another place that can get it fixed for me. I thought that was really nice because it took the stress off of me having to find someone to fix it so I really appreciate that. every time I went in everyone was very happy and friendly.
