Realistically, I would definitely not use them again. I didn’t get regular updates. I have to return my vehicle for them to replace the Parts. They originally were supposed to replace. They told me they replaced it but they really didn’t and I have to bring it back for them to fix my rim.

I appreciated Marcus emailing me often telling me about the progress of the repair. Also, it was reported by the central company that my car would not be complete until February 24. However, it was ready for me to pick up on February 18
