Marcus and the crew at Caliber were wonderful. They were very helpful and understanding. We have a newborn and he was very helpful in giving me a heads up on certain aspects and precautions they take to keep the vehicles they work on clean. There was consistent communication regarding my car and what part of the process it was in. Unfortunately the new bumper they had ordered for my vehicle came in damaged (100% not their fault) and Marcus communicated with me right away to let me know and give me next steps along with an estimate on the completion of my repairs. I am incredibly impressed and grateful.
