Just that I was given an estimated time on when my vehicle was going to be ready and I just got that exact service just a minor delay in product delivery damage which I was notified asap other than that the experience was excellent for my first time dealing with Caliber Collision I’d definitely recommend

Caliber collision in Rio rancho is by far the best body shop that I have ever worked with in my entire lifetime of owning vehicles (32 years). Their quality of work is outstanding. Their customer service is also outstanding. James and Brooke and marina are super nice and friendly. I give caliber collision an A+ rating in all areas and highly recommend them to anybody who needs body shop repair service

Beautiful repair job. Cannot tell where welds were done, paint matches beautifully. Doors aligned properly as well as new door seals do not whistle or leak. Was kept well informed as to status and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely take my car to this shop again as well as recommend to others.
