I would have up until the point when I got my car and they are continued problems but I was told it’s my problem

There are warning lights on that were not on before, they were damaged to the battery cables on the battery that was just replaced by Nice on a couple of months back. When I called with my concerns while I was stranded only hours after picking up my car, I was advised to call AAA as apparently it is my problem now regardless of the warning, lights and damages. Getting in an accident that isn’t your fault is hard enough as it is, but getting your car back in worse shape than it was before is very disheartening, especially after months of it being in the shop

I appreciate the professionalism from all employees I was involved with and courtesy. Everything went smoothly and I received the Acura back sooner than the due date, which was a plus. The rental car coordinated by the secretary and the logistics involved was perfect. I appreciate all those who were involved in the process and your professionalism went way above the call of duty.
