The crew at Caliber was extremely helpful and courteous. Jessica Bates and Jennifer DeWitt were always available with updates, great follow-up with timelines and dealing with the insurance company and the extension needed regarding the car rental. The damage was repaired well but the attention to detail was lacking. I had to bring the vehicle back to have a plug placed to connect the bumper to the side panel, as well as have the seal around the window redone because it wasn't placed correctly. When the repainted and blended the front panel there was a knick in the wet paint that they refused to fix. They also didn't detail the inside of the vehicle very well. The seats were covered in white powder.

Everyone was very helpful. Communication was good.I was a little disappointed by how long the repair took but once all the parts were received the job was actually completed ahead of the original projected completion date.
