At first I was told my car would be done in 3 work days.. Then I was told it was in the body shop then it was in the paint shop. Then there was extra damage and they would need to keep the car longer. All in all it was 2 weeks before my car was ready. The updates of what state my car was in was confusing at best.

My only complaint about them is when someone phoned to let me know the repair wasn’t quite finished she claimed it was because they were waiting for parts. My repair didn’t involve any parts so I assume someone was being less than truthful.
