The repairs were all done excellently what u could see from the outside and it ran really well when i drove to Eau Claire today. I really like the detailing. It was so wonderful to jumop in my repaired car with an inside and outside like new!! Thank you!

I’m going to start with negative and end with positives. Negatives: Lack of consistent communication. Multiple delays. Positives: Owned the several mistakes they made which resulted in the delays and took over payment of my rental car to make that right. Lady at the desk in Eau Claire has a great sense of humor. Will not be bringing a car to this place again, unfortunately. Always felt like a burden or annoying when trying to reach someone for an update.

Other than the wonderful woman at the front desk in Eau Claire, and Dennis in River Falls (Hudson?), the overall service was not great. Several delays, lack of consistent contact with me, felt like I was a burden or annoying when I would call to check in. Overall disappointed.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. They were incredibly fast, and my car was actually ready ahead of schedule! The communication was excellent; I received consistent updates throughout the entire repair process. Best of all, the work they did was fantastic—my car looks amazing.

We received an estimate that was approved for repair of the vehicle was not what it ended up being. I have never had this happen in the 55 years I have had vehicle repairs. We understood what had happened and they did get the insurance company to reconsider and cover the repair.
