I worked with Ashley and Ryan at Caliber Collision. They had the best customer service I have ever experienced! They both were happy to help, got me in quick, answered all of my questions (without treating me different for being a younger woman), and provided clear communication and updates throughout the process. My car came back perfect and far more clean than when I dropped it off inside and out which was a pleasant surprise. I could go on and on about how happy I am with the service I received. Dare I say, they made it an enjoyable time going there even if it was under poor circumstances. Not a single bad word to say! I will 100% be recommending Caliber Collision River Falls to friends, family, coworkers, and even strangers.
