I appreciated how responsive and communicative Ryan and the team were at every step of the process. They exceeded my expectations- even tidying up the interior of my car a bit. It was a very nice surprise. I learned that this River Falls location is fairly new, but you wouldn't know it by how the team conducted themselves and by the level of customer service received. I had a very straightforward and pleasant experience.

Such friendly employees, great at keeping up with updates, and were able to get us on their schedule right away. It was a bummer it took so long but not their fault due to parts being delayed. Also, not upset what so ever because it was an easy fix but did not burp the coolant lines so had to take care of that afterwards. Also hearing a grinding from the back of the car when pressing breaks but hopefully unrelated due to the damage being in the front of the car.
