Caliber Collision communicated with me the entire time they had my vehicle, even when the insurance company wasn't communicating. After everything was green lit, the shop was amazingly quick on repairs. I'm very happy with how I was treated, and they even cleaned out my vehicle for me. Amazing people!

Great communication from the day I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up. They updated me every 48-72 hours with progress on the repairs. When I dropped off my car they had scheduled a rental car service to pick me up and get me to the rental car store. Overall 10/10 experience. If I ever need to have a car repair from an accident again I would definitely bring it back to Caliber in River Falls, WI. Top notch service.
