Really, it could not have been easier. Drop the car, review the damage and repair plan, Hop in the rental car parked and waiting right in front of the office (Thanks Enterprise) receive progress texts everyday and 5 minute pickup when done. I know it sounds like a commercial but it really was that easy. Car looks like new.
