Matt and his crew were awesome. Very kind and polite had my car in guick and working on it. Rental car was easy and quick. Even got my car back quicker than expected. Estimate said 6 to 7 days got it back in 3. Definatly recomend Matt and his crew

I was very pleased with my experience and I highly recommend this shop. From my vehicle drop off to my pickup everything was handled superb. Matt was my service advisor and he was EXCELLENT! Not only is Matt extremely personable, his knowledge about my vehicle and the repairs along with his attentiveness to me and the details was extraordinary. Im particular about my car, it has to be right. So I'm so glad I made the trip here. Because I probably could have taken my car to be repaired anywhere but I don't think I would have received this outstanding service or would I be so completely satisfied anywhere else. This shop stand above the rest. Thank you to Matt and the rest of the staff at Caliber Collision in Riverhead. ;)
