I was really looking for a repair company other than what State Farm was suggesting. Since I know absolutely nothing about cars it was a last minute decision on my part to go with Caliber. It was a really good decision. Totally pleased that you kept me advised of progress. I did not have to make any calls about progress of repairs. The staff at Caliber in Riverhead were so nice and accomodating! The girls that answee the phone always had an answer or called back within 10 minutes if they had to inquire. Great communication throughout process. When I picked up my car I expected they were going to have the exterior washed as there was body work done, but they also vacuumed out the interior of my car as well. I am a single Mom of 3 small children. I work 40 hours a week in a addition to an hour long commute each way. There are constantly snacks and crumbs all over in addition to the regular dirt/sand. I rarely have the time or energy to vacuum my car out myself. To pick up the car all repaired, washed on the outside (including windows!) and find the interior was wiped down and vacuumed was an incredible treat! It just shows the pride the employees take in their work. They made the entire car look great! I coukdnât be happier. Thank you!!

Great staff! The car was made into 'like new'. The paper work was easy to navigate. I will recommend anybody that is interested to go to Caliber Collision first. A pleasant experience.
