I've used Caliber collision multiple times in the past and never had an issue. This is the first time I've used this specific Caliber collision and I've had nothing but issues since I took my car in for repairs.

I never received a call back when I was told I would. I had to constantly call for updates and most of the time I would call, the person handling my repair was out of the office. I am also now missing a ring that I had left inside my center console in my car. When I called to let a manager know I was told that there's nothing anyone could do about it and there her employees have been there a long time and would never steal.
