After my accident I sent my car to Caliber in Riverside on La Cadena. Mike contacted me and walked me through what would happen next. Mike was very professional, polite and concise with the updates on the progress of my car and returned my calls promptly. My car was ready ahead of the scheduled time and Mike walked me through the repairs, taking extra effort to make sure I was satisfied with the results. The process worked well for me, regular updates and being able to turn my rental into the facility made it even easier.

Our car overheated the first time we took it out, we had to have a tow truck come and tow us home because our car overheated, we added anti freeze and the problem seemed to have been that.....which should not have happened
