Be more explicit as to where ones car is located at. Rather than just saying Downtown Riverside. We went to 2 locations looking for it today. We were never fully given the location address. Turns out you have 4 different locations with 2 in Riverside. Thank you

The only problem I had was not knowing which location our vehicle was sent to. All we were told is "Downtown Riverside". You have 2 locations in Riverside.

Service was good, except i was told my car would be done on thursday and wasnt called til 1130 on friday morning saying it was done and i couldnt get there before you guys closed and am now being charged for the rental car
