My truck was taken in for repairs due to a MVA. They had it for over 20 days, it was delivered and my air bags weren’t working, they chipped the other side of my truck bed when it was removed to get painted, wheels were not balanced and door panel/handle on affected side is broken on the door they replaced. I took it back and all issues have still not been addressed. Manager tried pawning me off to regional manager Justin and I have yet to hear from him to address the remaining issues. There’s lack of communication and customer service is poor. Very disappointing since I have used Caliber Collison in Woodcrest before and was highly impressed from beginning to end.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone that needs work. They had my truck for a bit for repairs and Ryan was awesome. Kept me updated with the progress of the repairs. They have an awesome team there great work. Super satisfied with how work was completed.

I am extremely satisfied with Caliber collisions and how organized the front office is and straightforward they were with details and explanations from the moment I came in. I was impressed by how quick they were able to work on the repairs and how quickly I was able to get my vehicle back. All staff seemed very nice and welcoming, I appreciate Ryan for keeping me updated on my vehicle and going in detail about the process and was able to answer any questions that I had I also enjoyed his professionalism and his help from the very beginning. I also noticed caliber collision is very confident with their completed work and that gains my trust with them. I also appreciated the car wash at the end as it was time to pick up my car. Thank you.
