Toby worked with me the entire time. He was absolutely amazing! He communicated with me well and was very patient with me and all my questions. I also had to get my car back fairly quickly because I would be traveling, so Toby really worked with my schedule and helped the process run smoothly and efficiently.

Front bumper is not connected to wheel liners on passenger side. I will return car to have two bolts or connectors installed everything else is exceptional. Paint is great. Body work is great. Just an inconvenience to return for 2 missing connections.

Everything was good. The only problem was that they repositioned our manual non-memory driver's seat. The car only had to be moved from their parking lot to the garage and back. Since the seat is manual, is difficult to get back to the original position.

I was really satisfied. I was really impressed with the way that all the business was handled, very professional. I really like the way that they updated me on a consistent basis on how the progress was going on the vehicle. You all did a great job with the repair. There were a few minor thing that needed corrected but Toby & the young lady got it corrected which I appreciate that. I also like how they texted me with the progress of the repair from beginning to end. I felt much better when we left & was happy to get the car back looking the way it did before the accident.
