I really enjoyed my experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was quick to give me updates about my car-Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Anytime I called the staff was very quick to assist me and always patiently explained updates on my car. In addition, my car was meticulously handled and carefully completed, which I appreciate. The young man that took care of me unfortunately cannot remember names but he young and probably the most gracious,efficient person I have ever had the pleasure to talk to. He was so quick to get my info and before I could turn around in comes enterprise with a rental ! He explained everything in detail so I could understand and felt comfortable leaving my car to be fixed. He called me when it was finished and when I picked it up he drove it up to front offered to help me with my stuff. I cannot tell you how nice it was to have things go so smooth. I wish I could tell u his name. If you want I'll come over there and point him out to you.
