Took a week longer than it should have, had to call for the last few days to get an answer, asked to be notified when they finished the paperwork and I wasn't

Updates concerning my vehicle were mostly sought by myself. They did not inform me that the first bumper that arrived was unacceptable and they had to order another which lengthened the time my vehicle was unavailable. I was not always given the correct information.
