Sorry, not up to my standards. I would rather wait up to a month for an opening at Hannabass & Rowe Collision Center.

Parts removed/replaced on vehicle do not seem to line back up correctly after repair.

Repair was not completed to satisfaction the first time, after waiting another week for car to be repaired again there were issues with the vehicle safety systems. Caliber did offer a rental while my vehicle spent additional time at a dealership to be diagnosed but this was still an inconvenience that added more time to the repair process.

I am calling tomorrow, my fiance is a mechanic and the bumper clip on passenger side is broken and installed improperly. This will need to be replaced. Also I forgot a watermelon in the back of my car and the techs left it there to rot and it ruined my son’s golf club bag and my car smells horrible and I cannot get the smell out. Very disappointed and need the bumper redone.

Dylan was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me! He was so nice and patient with me and even buffed out some scratches from other incidents for me in the scorching heat and touched up some chipped paint spots for me. All of this was unrelated to what I had my car at caliber for. It’s hard to find good customer service anywhere these days and he was a pleasant surprise! This guy deserves some kind of award!
