I felt like the service all the way around was very prompt and informative. I also appreciated the additional service of having Enterprise come pick up the rental from your shop and I didn’t have to arrange a car ride due to difficulties. I was having a hard time doing it for that day of pick up. So that service was extremely helpful.

The technicians did a phenomenal job, restoring my car. I also did not get to mention during the first survey, how great it was that Caliber was able to take care of my rental. It greatly eliminated the hassle of trying to find a ride and coordinating vehicles to make all that happen. I hope I never have to use Caliber again but if I have to use a collision service, it will definitely be them!

Initial repair was not completely correct, bumper was done correctly but the tailgate was not bed lined and was off center by a lot, enough to rub on the bottom corner of the tailgate and scrape metal off, the top plastic trim was also reused and during removal the clips holding it down in the middle were broken. Good customer service, communication was great, the service writers were a dream to deal with, just a little lacking in QC, once the issues were brought up they are working to address them.
