Shelby did a great job keeping me informed. My car was done earlier than expected. They handled everything with my insurance company and made it very easy. The only complaint I have is I returned my rental car to Caliber Collision when I picked up my car and they said they would let Enterprise know and the didn't contact them. Thank goodness I called Enterprise on Saturday and advised I returned my car on Friday.

I chose Caliber as a repeat customer and, once again, received excellent service. Kevin is fantastic!! He is always very helpful and kind and kept me updated on the progress. My car was even ready earlier than I expected. The young woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, greeted me with a smile and was very helpful too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repair.
