I chose Caliber as a repeat customer and, once again, received excellent service. Kevin is fantastic!! He is always very helpful and kind and kept me updated on the progress. My car was even ready earlier than I expected. The young woman at the front desk, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, greeted me with a smile and was very helpful too. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing collision repair.

The communication was pretty bad. If I had any questions about what was being done I had to reach out myself, then instead of a call back I would get an automated text. I know the technicians went above and beyond, but I wasn't expecting to be told that it was an inconvenience to the insurance writer handling my car.
