Parts were literally falling off of my truck when I picked it up. Incorrect installation of parts. Missing parts. 100% regrets on bringing it to caliber. No one working there seemed to think it was a big deal. My truck is how I make a living. This was a horrible experience.

Staff was very pleasant just didn’t understand why if the brakes were out why wasn’t they included in the bill and fixed. The work is amazing but safety is not a priority regardless off what happened to the car.

There were 5 flaws in the repair and we did not accept the car it’s still in the shop for repair . Talk to your supervisor about the repairs that were very obvious to the eye . This car should not of been released to us with someone inspecting ii first.Thank You Dan Also the radiator hose was not clamped on securely in radiator fluid was leaking out of the hose. At this point I don’t know if when it was driven over that the engine overheated and there is damage to the engine we just had a brand new engine installed it is a brand new engine
