Sterling and the front desk staff were fantastic from the beginning. Easy check in process, they helped get us our rental, and kept us informed along the way! My car looked great and took care of everything. Definitely would recommend them and would use them again.

My husband & I were met by an agent named Sterling! He was friendly, asked important questions, gave a thorough expection of damages & listened carefully to our concerns! He was extremely efficient! Reagan was in office & once again we were treated with a friendly face & cheerful manner as she went about getting important information! Our truck looks excellent and everyone at caliber is so nice! Sterling was awesome and delivered my truck personally to my work and Reagan was so great every time I was in there and hung out waiting for a ride we would chat and she’s just super!
