after two week being with your company. I drove my car off and within 30 minutes a warning light goes on for service tire monitor system. I called the front office and they told me to come back which we were heading out of town which caused us to have to cancel our pre-paid trip which was fine because I'd rather ensure it's safe. A "Service Tire Monitor System" message means your car's Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) has an electronic fault, commonly caused by a dead sensor battery, a broken wheel sensor, or uncalibrated sensors after a tire rotation. Once I bring it back, they scan it and your service worker says it's the TPMS sensors and that it was part of the original scan but is not covered within the collision. There were no warning lights on when the car was dropped off so I would like a copy of the scans that were completed initially as well as today to provide to my insurance company. If this was a known issue that cause warning lights to go on why would the customer not be notified for awareness or informed when I called concerned with the warning lights. The customer service provided by the service worker was not professional and did not ease or resolve the issues. After now having to work the sensor issue we relooked at the car and there are many issues with the repairs completed. The car door paneling is not flush, creating multiple gaps. Please see attached pictures. Laytex gloves and tools were also left in my car that my daughter found on top of the part she gave to at the time we picked up the car. They were left with your front desk. Let me know if you want me to just handle this through my insurance company or if you would like us to bring it back in so the repairs can be completed as originally required.
