Finished sooner than originally expected. Pleased with the quality of the work. Appreciate that my truck was washed. Really needed it. Communication with service rep was good. Phillip I believe. Very friendly staff. Front desk seemed a bit disorganized / overwhelmed on my initial visit. As she was shuffling through paperwork looking for mine she seemed very exasperated and said “ they never tell me anything “ ……unprofessional. I was looking at paperwork with my name on it on the desk right next to her.
