This was my first experience with Caliber Collision and they were very professional. Rob has a great communication skills. He updated me at every phase of the work being done on my vehicle for the two weeks they had my truck. They arranged the rental with enterprise which made my life easier. I gave Rob and the lady at the front desk 10/10 for outstanding customer service and professionalism. Thank you for great service!

This was my first experience with Caliber Collision and I was not disappointed. The staff I encountered were very professional and friendly. My car was with them for two weeks and they had rental car arranged for me. Rob was the staff who took care of my car, and he updated me frequently at every stage of the repair. Rob was great! Very good at communicating every step clearly. They took care of my truck and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I texted Rob that I wanted to grab my sunglasses from out of my truck while it was in the shop, and when I got there my glasses were ready for me at the front desk. 10/10 service!

This is the best body shop I have ever worked with. I have had other vehicles repaired here. One from hail damage. One from getting rear ended and one from a deer strike. All of these happened in the last 15 years or so and this shop has been top flight for every experience. Nobody wants their car damaged but if it does happen this is the place to take your car, bar none.
