Our compliments to Rob who is an excellent communicator. He kept us informed about the status of our repair beyond expectations. You are very lucky to have them on your team. Thank you for doing a great job repairing our sweet rav4. It is the only car that my husband is comfortable driving because it was refurbished for accessible turn signals and steering because of the stroke that he had 8 years ago that left him with only the use of his right hand. Rob was wonderful at trying to get the car back to us as soon as possible given the extensive damage underneath the vehicle that he was not aware of when he first saw the car. Miller Chevrolet did a great job getting the parts and repairing the undercarriage. The car looked like it was brand new when we picked it up today. We're very happy with your service.

Awesome is the first word that comes to mind. The customer service here is truly the best. Kristy is excellent at her job—she does absolutely BEAUTIFUL work. Everyone in that shop knows their stuff, and at the same time they’re courteous, respectful, and kind.
