Front desk ladies were always helpful and had a great attitude... I love that you were able to take my vehicle pretty soon, compared to other shops that I called which wouldn't schedule me until 1 or 2 weeks later. I liked the daily updates, although I would prefer if they weren't phone calls but e-mails instead... sometimes it wasn't the best time to answer those calls.
